Dog and Pet sites Hosting and Web Site Maintenance:

Toby's Cyber Portal was originally set-up to provide information about Toby a Miniature Schnauzer in Singapore and generally on dogs, especially in Singapore, hence our original name of Toby's Cyber Portal (we later changed our name to Toby and Terry's Cyber Portal© due to the introduction of Terry the Cute Silky Terrier. The site was created to not only provide information but be a web site development team for developing sites for anyone in relation to dogs and pets. However due to the ever growing popularity and ease of personally setting up a site and maintaining it, we have found that most people believe the important thing is to have a site on the web simply to pass on their information regardless of how it looks, while a professionally designed website is considered less important. As a result, we have decided to concentrate and shift our focus to provide quality web design services.

Hosting:

Toby and Terry's Cyber Portal© will work toward providing hosting to any dog related website, commercial or private.

Maintenance of these sites is also provided free by Toby and Terry's Cyber Portal©, however maintenance by Club owners is encouraged.

For our growth plan Toby and Terry's Cyber Portal© will also plan to expand our services by the year 2004

Web Site Creation:

Web site creation is based on a page by page fee base on standard HTML design and creation from $45 per A4 size page (includes all html coding, graphics, photos etc based on client supplying all material in electronic format either via email or on disk).

For sites exceeding 10 A4 pages the fee will reduce to $35 for each A4 page after the tenth page.

Installation of cgi/perl and/or php scripts: Dependant on complexity of the setup of the script, however in most cases this will be around $35 per script (not including cost of script if a commercial script). Please advise us what you require us to install for you with details about the script and we will quote you on that.

Java/Javascripts: Dependant on the complexity of the script, simple mouse overs for buttons or navigational elements are not charged as additional elements, these will be provided in the original design of the site if requested at that time. If we determine a script is extraordinary or not included in the initial page design by us you will be advised, however in this case the fee will only be around $25 per script.

Maintenance:

To allow us to provide low cost hosting to you we first offer the hosting on a "we build, you maintain" basis, that is, we build the website and you make additions and changes as you require. However if you wish us to maintain the site we can do this for you. The fees here are $45 per hour charged in 15-minute blocks and then charged monthly.
